1. Welcome, Civic Charge, and Oath Presenters: Acting City Clerk Paula Crane, Mayor Sumbul Siddiqui, and City Manager Yi-An Huang City officials will welcome Assembly members, administer the oath, and introduce the Assembly's purpose and civic responsibility.
2. Assembly Purpose and Process Presenter: Jenny Chung, Lead Facilitator An overview of the Assembly's role in developing recommendations on public safety and surveillance technologies, including how members will learn, deliberate, and reach conclusions.
3. Assembly Member Introductions Members will introduce themselves and share their connections to Cambridge and reasons for participating. Break
4. Caring for Our Community Presenter: Rev. Dr. Jeremy Battle A reflection on community well-being, the impact of violence, and the importance of listening, understanding, and shared responsibility.
5. Public Safety in Cambridge Presenters: Meghan LaMonica and Rebecca Leonard, Cambridge Police Department Civilian Crime Analysis Unit A presentation on local crime trends, geographic patterns, and data that help describe public safety conditions in Cambridge.
6. Surveillance Technology Trends in the United States Presenter: Professor Ermus St. Louis, Northeastern University An overview of how surveillance technologies are used in other communities, including their potential benefits, limitations, and oversight.

8. Civil Liberties, Privacy, and Public Trust Presenter: Gideon Epstein, Policy Counsel, ACLU of Massachusetts A discussion of how surveillance technologies intersect with individual rights, privacy, fairness, and public trust.
9. Cambridge Police Department Perspectives Presenter: Interim Commissioner Pauline Wells, Cambridge Police Department An overview of the Police Department's operational needs, experiences with public safety technologies, and considerations related to effectiveness and accountability. Break
10. Group Discussion: Values for Public Safety Technology Members will identify and discuss the values that should guide Cambridge's decisions about public safety and surveillance technologies.
11. Group Reports and Discussion of Shared Values Each group will share its identified values, and members will consider areas of agreement and differing priorities.
